The Joint Ambition of Congress(I) and Pakistan to Destroy India
Sometimes one must look beyond the surface of the obvious to
unearth the shocking truths that lie underneath. Take your mind
back to May of this year, when Sonia Gandhi shocked India by
pulling down the BJP government. Despite her best attempts and
liberal assistance by the supposedly "non-partisan"
President of India, Sonia could not muster up enough votes at the
last minute to take over the reins of Government. What a well
timed coincidence it was, that immediately following this crisis,
a brand new and far more threatening crisis arose in the form of
the Kargil conflict. There is no doubt that the reason Pakistan
chose to infiltrate its Islamic terrorists and attempt an attack
on Indian peaks at this time, was because the nation was reeling
from the political uncertainty of having no government at the
helm.
By all accounts , this was the perfect timing and opportunity for
Pakistan to attack India. But the question no one seems to ask is,
How come Pakistan was so completely prepared to attack at exactly
this time?? The intensity of the infiltration in Kashmir CLEARLY
demonstrated that Pakistan had prior knowledge of WHEN to strike.
So the ultimate question come to mind, Who told Pakistan in
advance, that the BJP Government would fall?? Who was it that
informed the Pakistanis of our weakest moment so that they could
take advantage of the chaos and attack??
The answer stares us clearly in the face, for there is one sole
party in India which stood to gain the most from the removal of
the BJP led government in May, and that party is Sonia Maino's
Congress(I). An even more sinister clue however emerges when one
recalls the utter confidence with which Sonia Gandhi believed that
she was going to gain Prime Ministership of India. Who can forget
Sonia's eagerness and impatience during the event even as she
grandly announced the support of 270 members? Who can forget the
haste with which a lavish party was arranged to support the
crowning of India's new Italian empress Sonia, where dozens of her
relatives and friends were flown over especially from Italy to
celebrate her power over the world's newest Banana Republic?
So imagine if you will the scenario of what would have happened if
La Belle Sonia had been PM of India when Pakistan had struck with
deadly precision. Remember the pedigree of the Italian Bahu who
comes from a family which brought India to the brink of
dictatorship with Emergency, and you may well see Sonia's true
ambition brimming over. For what better way could Sonia have had
to guarantee her absolute power over India, then by having the
ultimate excuse to declare a national emergency. What were her
actual intentions? Considering the extent to which Sonia must have
willing to go to guarantee her status of power in India, Kashmir
may well have been the bargaining tool that the Senorita would put
up in exchange for Pakistan's assistance. Pakistan's assistance of
course would have been in the form of the Kargil Conflict, which
would have given the perfect situation for Sonia to declare
Emergency on the unsuspecting and ignorant masses of India.
But the proof is in the pudding, as they say, and so indeed it has
been proven by the actions of the congress in recent weeks during
the elections.
First some background of election results in Kashmir is needed in
order to understand the full import of their actions. In the every
first election held in J&K, Congress had won 5 out of 6 seats.
Since then its tally fluctuated between 2 to 3 seats every
election until 1996, the year when the National Conference
boycotted elections while demanding autonomy. In 1996, Congress
held the seats of Srinagar, Baramulla, Jammu and Ladakh, while the
BJP held Udhampur in an upset. In 1998, the BJP pushed the
Congress farther back when it managed to wrest the Jammu seat, and
Congress was left with the lone Mufti Mohammed Sayeed in Ananatnag.
Sayeed then proceeded to leave Congress and is now supremo of
J&K people's Democratic Party.
Secondly, the spate of accusations against the BJP, which are
being thrown about by Sonia Gandhi and the Congress at every given
opportunity, are a clear indication of their real intentions. It
is fairly obvious to all of India, that Kargil was a thumping and
resounding political victory for the BJP. The common public has
been much reassured that BJP can safeguard the integrity and
security of the country. The gameplan therefore is to undermine
precisely this feeling of security under the BJP and the way to
effect this undermining is by creating havoc in Kashmir. The first
step in achieving this end was implemented by Pakistan's ISI when
its puppet All-Party Hurriyat Conference threatened the people of
Kashmir to boycott the elections completely.
Sonia Gandhi has gone ballistic in her blatant accusations that
the BJP cannot safeguard the country's security. A pile of so
called "scandals" are now being unearthed by the
Congress in a bid to damage the BJP's credibility. From Sugargate
to Bofors, everything is game for the Congress. This election has
become a do or die situation for Sonia Gandhi at this stage. The
inability to form a government by Congress this time would
endanger all the deals that have been made with Pakistan which is
clearly waiting with bated breath to get Kashmir as reward for
helping Congress to power. Let's take a closer look at some of the
clues which point out in breathtaking simplicity the underlying
game plan of Congress to join hands with Pakistan and Islamic
extremists to destroy India.
On Sept. 7, 1999 BJP's candidate for the Ananatnag Lok Sabha seat,
Ghulam Hyder Noorani, was brutally murdered along with his driver
and another BJP worker as his jeep hit a land mine at Thajwar. As
facts were unearthed, it became clear that the local
administration had known well in advance that something was afoot.
This was evident from the fact that it had stopped Abdullah's
National Conference from holding a rally in the same area, while
giving the BJP activists, the green signal to proceed. Another
suspicious aspect of the incident was the fact that the personal
security officer for Noorani was NOT in the jeep at the time of
the explosion.
On Sept. 8, 1999, ISI's plan was further exposed when press
reports indicated that ISI has directed Islamic terrorist groups
throughout India to target BJP candidates and leaders.
Specifically Lashkar-E-Tayyiba, Harkat-Ul-Jehad-E-Islamia and
Tehreek-Ul-Jehad were given specific directions to kill BJP
candidates and disrupt polling in as many areas as possible. Many
of them will be helped by local Muslims to operate from Hyderabad,
Karnataka, Assam and West Bengal.
On Sept. 10, 1999 16 BJP workers were wounded when Islamic
terrorists threw a hand grenade at their campaign jeep in Doda.
They were campaigning for BJP's candidate Chaman Lal Gupta. Madan
Lal Khurana was also expected to turn up at the rally but had
changed his plans at the last minute. Three of the workers are in
critical condition.
On Sept. 10th, the Janata Dal nominee from Ananatnag Lok Sabha
seat, Mohammad Maqbool Dar escaped an assassination bid by inches
at Shadimarg. Islamic terrorists opened fire on his motorcade as
he passed through the village. It is apparent that someone in the
local administration tipped off the terrorists, as Dar's motorcade
was not scheduled to pass through that particular village, until
less than an hour before.
The first phase of Elections saw a scant 12% percent polling in
Srinagar. But the area which remains most affected is Jammu, where
the Hindus have been specifically threatened by the Islamic
terrorists with their lives if they go out and vote. Despite the
security forces at polling booths, the attacks by terrorists on
police posts have frightened the Hindus from being able to
exercise their democratic right in these areas such as Poonch,
Rajouri and Jammu.
Even as all of these events which are specifically engineered to
frighten off voters and throw the elections into disarray were
taking place, Pakistan's foreign minister, Sartaj Aziz was at the
same time screaming from the rooftops that the low turnout of
voters in Kashmir was an indication of the Kashmiri people's will
to break away from India. At the same time that such hysterical
reports about Kashmir appeared in Pakistani newspapers, they were
also full of paragraphs devoted to Sonia Gandhi's speeches! Ever
since the election process began in fact, Pakistani media such as
the newspaper Dawn, PTV and Pakistan Radio have been replete with
reference to extracts from Madam's campaign speeches. In some
cases the Pakistani media even has verbatim reports, which is
highly surprising considering the fact that such reports have been
hard to get for the Indian media.
The pattern falls into place, however with the statements of AICC
General Secretary, Ghulam Nabi Azad. On Sept. 10th, 1999, Azad
said that BJP could not even protect it sown candidate in Kashmir
so how could it protect the nation. The sinister motive was made
evident when Azad gloated over the fact that during Congress Rule,
over 70% of the Kashmiri electorate had participated in the
election process as opposed to the meager 20% or so this time. In
his enthusiasm, however, Mr. Azad inadvertently revealed the hand
of Congress in the destabilization of India with this statement.
If we are to take Mr. Azad's words at their face value, then the
clear implication is that Congress worked with the ISI in 1996 to
ensure that it could win the elections from Kashmir. What else can
explain the fact that now that BJP government is the incumbent,
the Islamic terrorists have stepped up their attacks to the
extreme. The inference is clear, as long as Congress is in power,
the people of Kashmir will be safe, but the moment Congress loses
power, the Islamic terrorists will have free rein to terrorize and
threaten the residents of Jammu and Kashmir.
Ghulam Nabi Azad also unveiled another aspect of Congress's
sinister plan when he stated that his party was open to discussion
on granting regional autonomy to areas within Kashmir. He clearly
stated that if Congress were to come to power, talks would be held
with the Islamic terrorists to formulate some sort of plan for
"autonomy".
The ominous portents are clear. The Congress(I) has colluded with
Pakistan and ISI to destabilize and divide India, so that it can
come to power. Sonia Gandhi has already kept Kashmir aside as the
juicy prize for Pakistan's assistance in making her fond ambitions
come true. The first phase of the plan is already in place with
the recent spate of terror in Jammu and Kashmir. The incidents are
aimed at achieving two primary objectives for Congress and
Pakistan. One, they would undermine the BJP's image as a party
which cannot protect the country or voters. Two, it would frighten
away the citizens of Jammu and Kashmir from casting their vote, so
that large scale rigging by the Islamic terrorists and Congress
associates, can turn the results to Congress(I)'s advantage. The
Election Commission of India which is headed by a man who has
earned a 1500 acre farm in MP as reward for his loyalty to
Congress(I) is hardly going to prevent this onslaught against
democracy.
As the Congress led by Sonia Gandhi continues its campaign of
vituperation, more incidents of violence will surely come to the
fore and rock the nation's confidence. In addition, Congress(I)'s
desperation is growing as it realizes that even with all its
criminal manipulations, the BJP will probably still come to power.
If the expected happens, the BJP is sure to find itself challenged
by a Pakistani attack.
Because a party which has joined hands with the enemy of India, in
order to gain power will stop at nothing to achieve its malicious
goals. If Sonia Gandhi somehow manages to bag the prime
ministerial chair, the nation can kiss Kashmir goodbye. And who
knows what other part of India will follow as a reward for
Pakistan's complicity in her quest to power.
For the sake of India, let's hope such a day never comes to light.
